Recovery Court Graduation

On May 7, 2026, the 11th Judicial District Recovery court will hold a graduation ceremony honoring participants who have successfully completed all the program requirements. Program participants work through five phases, gaining important skills so they can live a life without substance use and crime. In addition, Recovery Court aims to help participants continue their education, build meaningful careers, improve family stability, and find housing.

Food is Medicine Program
Eligible Recovery Court participants joined CHC/SEK’s Food is Medicine program, which promotes healthier eating through access to nutritious food and nutrition education. Over three months, participants attended cooking and nutrition classes and received free healthy food, kitchen supplies, and guidance to help improve health outcomes like blood pressure, BMI, and A1C levels.
